No junkfood, absolutely none. Chips are an ABSOLUTE NO. Candy, crackers, ice cream, etc. Me, Mindy and Nathan have started!
And about the restrictions, basically anything that cannot substitute a meal or isn’t the norm (ex: Doritos for breakfast).
HEALTHY SNACKS DO NOT COUNT AGAINST YOU.
